Failure of kgb deals/nCrowd to communicate new system to Hotels

Now its my turn:---
kgb deals (nCrowd) is the name of the company I'm having problems with.
I just purchased the current hotel deal for Haweswater Hotel and contacted the hotel to book a date. Like me this is the first time they have experienced nCrowd code. The difference is, I have no choice where as the kgb website they deal with hasn't got a clue about my nCrowd code. Their site is still on the voucher code plus verification code of the original kgb deals.
Do you think it might be a good idea to let your business associates know what's going on? Please sort this out, I have a lot of money involved with this and you may be losing a lot of customers. I have been quite happily with kgb for several years, you make a little change and its a mess.

PS; it is now two days since this serious fault in nCrowd's system and no hint of a reply.
Monetary Loss: $150.

I purchased a KGB Deal in UK. hotel wont honor it and I am ยฃ59 out of pocket.
