The business is JustDeals.Com and the purchase on 6/10/2014 of Cube Egg Trays.

In reference to Case #: 353213. I have been waiting for over 2 months for this order. I have sent in JustDeals.Com Support Ticket #APA-46878 on 8/27/2014 and I would like the order cancelled and receive refund of the purchase price $15.98.

My American Express Card was charged on 6/10/2014 and would like the return the funds / credit back to my American Express card of $15.98.

nCrowd.com, Blake - Customer Support - instead of reimbursing me with funds/credit back to my Credit Card provided me nCrowd.com credit and admitted to the mistake of their company that they implied were at fault in delivering the product. (good thing I had screen shots of the Order on Justdeals.com (pre-nCrowd.com changes).

I requested I would prefer the cash instead of credit. Please remit a check to me at my home address within the next 5 business days. This will allow nCrowd.com to close out our JustDeals.com account transactions and business and ensure that should I choose to purchase anything from any of their nCrowd.com companies I will do it without any nCrowd.com credit and do it without any association with JustDeals.com. If they fulfill this request I may consider continuing as a customer, otherwise I may not and ensure to everyone I socialize with to be careful to order anything from this new nCrowd company as they will only consider nCrowd.com cash (credit) for the purchases. Be aware they nCrowd and their associated companies make mistakes, promises and may bait/switch on products that they have and may in the future sell. These all may be violations of local, state and federal consumer or commerce guidelines.

I also said that their willingness to make my account whole and return of the funds will minimize conflicts and contention minimized by nCrowd fulfilling my (Customer) wishes.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $16.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Unfortunately, the prior owners of the JustDeals brand have gone out of business.

nCrowd has purchased the name and are continuing operations on the nCrowd platform, but we are very limited with what we are able to do for purchasers prior to the nCrowd acquisition.

We've extended nCrowd store credit at our own loss to you in this situation. Currently, the only way for you to recover your purchase price is to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
