Back in October 2013, I ordered a skull crossbone necklace from Saveology/ nCrowd. I began tracking it about 2 weeks later but when I kept trying all I got was 'no tracking information'.

I looked up the company that it was being sent from and emailed them but was told it was on back order! Recently, I called the customer service number on the nCrowd site only to get a voicemail prompt so I emailed them. They eventually offered me an in store credit! Are you kidding me?!

I threatened to have my credit card company dispute it so waiting for my refund now.

These people need Attorney General complaints filed & investigated! That's what I'm doing!!

Good for you..I hate this company..can never get a real person..stick with Groupon or Livingsocial
