Ncrowd Merchant Agreement Review from Palm Desert, California
I was a merchant of NCrowd for many years (they went through a few name changes). I own a cleaning company, and we cleaned 26 houses to which they were paid, but I was just ripped off. I got the letter and email informing me of the "Boom" purchase, and told I was just unlucky to lose $2200.
If I can get any help with this, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
Mary Pruitt
(I have my ad, clients who purchased, and all emails saved)
Time to call in a News reporter & social media
I am in Florida have dealt with nCrowd, half off depot, and all their predessesors and every time it changed hands all deals and custoemr credits were passed on. Since no announcement, other than "We are now Boomstreet", occured I figured my credits would remain.
But even though my account name and Passworrd remain the same, my credit s have been removed and all Boomstreet can say is "thanks for your understanding".
This is criminal theft and it's time to get the News media involved. This should make a good story and hopefully once the word is out, other consumers will stop using Boomstreet and drive them out of business where they belong.

ONE BIG SCAM Deal Find/TeamBuy - Ncrowd - BoomStreet ...Must be investigated
Scam originally started from Deal Find and TeamBuy. After owing a lot of money they claimed bankruptcy and immediately resurfaced under NCROWD name and basically did the same after a year or so.
Closed Ncrowd owing lots of money and leaving thousands of unhappy customers. These business people had a nerve to resurface again under another name. It is BoomStreet now. I think people should boycott them and start class action case.
Owing me money still from dealfind deals. Ncrowd did not take responsibility. They actually were claiming that they just using data base from Dealfind and Teambuy but it all was quite suspicious, I am sure it is all orchestrated by the same group of people. Just can not understand why there is no investigation yet.
Credit of a good sum was lost with ncrowd as well. One day the company simply disappeared and website was not accessible.

Another Victim of Sleazy Company
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). All they do is forward your complaint to the business.
They have 22 days to respond.
If they don't respond in 22 days, the BBB closes the case. Which is what happened in my case.
So, it seemed like a waste of...
I wrote to their customer support and this is the response I got from them:++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++OCT 16, 2015 | 08:36AM EDT Danielle replied:Thank you for contacting Boomstreet. We recently acquired the rights to the name and email database of this company. Unfortunately, the company as it previously existed is no longer in business.I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, any credits offered prior to our involvement were unable to be transferred to your new account. Please let us know if you need further assistance.Have a great day!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
We can not let them get away with this kind of unethical practice. I hope there a laws that protect consumers like me from this type of scam.
- Not happy at all
It's true, "nCrowd is now BoomStreet"...but BoomStreet is denying all liability!
BoomStreet is actually owned/operated by Clayco Capital Ventures, LLC, which is incorporated in Delaware (as noted on their "Terms of Use," at http://www.boomstreet.com/terms). Business filing #'s are 574**** (for Clayco Capital Ventures LLC) and 484**** (for the trade name BoomStreet). Both list their registered address as 160 Greentree Drive Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904. If you have complaints about this business, you may want to mention it to the Better Business Bureau of Delaware. <>
I recently found out that BoomStreet got my name, mailing address & credit card info (possibly other info as well) when they took over nCrowd. I actually saw all of this info on their website, under "My Account"...even though I've never signed up for a BoomStreet account. The only problem is, somehow they got all of THAT info, but apparently NONE of my purchase history...so now they're disavowing any knowledge or responsibility of my prior transactions.
Their official response was that BoomStreet "recently acquired the rights to the name and email database of this company. Unfortunately, the company as it previously existed is no longer in business. We did not receive the revenues or any transaction data in regards to your purchase."
How is it possible that they can acquire all of the valuable assets (email lists, mailing addresses, credit card info, etc)...but none of the liabilities?? I've already submitted complaints to the Delaware Better Business Bureau; <>; and <>

NCrowd IC3 & FBI report: Multi Million Dollar Fraud. Director Information
The directors of nCrowd are committing White Collar Crime on a multi-million dollar scale. This racket is highly organized – as merchants realize the fraud, nCrowd ceases contact and moves onto the next unsuspecting company. Tens of thousands of people are being affected; customers & merchants alike.
The racket is two pronged:
1) Fraudulently signing contracts with businesses to process orders / provide services, with NO intent of paying. Many businesses have lost $10,000-$100,000 before realizing the fraud.
2) Taking customer payments for goods/services that will not be provided. This money is then siphoned off! Nearly anything you buy at nCrowd today, and for the last ~10 months is NOT being processed!
The cash from customer payments is being used to line the pockets of the directors. It seems a tipping point was reached late last year and since then, nearly all of customer payments are being embezzled.
Soon, nCrowd will file for bankruptcy leaving the company with millions in debt, whilst the directors walk away with their ill-gotten money. Bankruptcy does NOT protect against White Collar Crime, so if you have been affected, be vocal.
You can report the organized, criminal nCrowd team to the FBI & IC3 below. The people involved in the crime include, but are not limited to:
Brian Conley , CEO (Tennessee)
Ghassan Halazon, CO-CEO (Toronto)
Tara Duncan, Finance Director (Tennessee)
Douglas Bauer, CFO (Tennessee/Florida?)
Robert Blotch, Sales President (London?)
Carl Short, Public Relations & Finance (Tennessee)

Unable to redeem my voucher
I have a voucher that I paid $49 for and the company would not honor it because they said NCrowd did not pay them. I asked for a refund by NCrowd and was told that NCrowd no longer exits, it is now Boomstreet and they have nothing to do with any transactions that occurred before the the company became Boomstreet.
Voucher #NCUS200**** - Good for 3 Days/2 Nights in Any US City + Airfare Credit or Dinner.
The voucher expires on January 12, 2016, but I have been trying to get a refund for months!!!
Do I have no recourse for this transaction?

Company Dishonoured my Credit
NCROWD is the most disgusting blatant scammers I have ever seen. They have zero ethics, no conscience and all principals and employees of this "company" should be in jail.
I was contacted by a lady named Shivanthy aka. Shivanthy Raveendiran When I called her on her own cell phone (which she used to talk me into giving out rooms to ncroud customers) The contract states that ncrowd will pay me back after the guest stayed in my cottages.
The guest is the one who paid this low, [highly discounted] rate and I provided the accommodations. I was never paid back anything and I cannot contact anyone. Their phone number does not work.
What a bunch of disgusting scam artists, BLATANTLY stealing our services and collecting money from thousands of people with false or non-existant products or completly fake *** merchandise!
It is hard to believe that the people behind this are not persued by the police, interpol, the Better Business Bureau, the FBI or any government agency. They should be tracked down and put in jail. How many thousands of us public merchants and customers have to get ripped off before some sort of enforcement takes place.
Thoses responsible should be held accountable and fined heavily and be incarcerated. I find it hard to believe that the Better Business Bureau cannot even warn us [the public] when we ask them for their opinion of this company!
I am DISGUSTED in our establishment's complacentcy with these reprobates (thieves).

Preferred solution: PAY ME WHAT YOU PROMISED! HONOUR YOUR CONTRACT.
NCrowd is committing White Collar Crime on HUGE scale.
nCrowd is not paying their merchants. We are one of many owed many thousands of dollars.
This means consumers are buying products & paying nCrowd. nCrowd is then keeping this money and not paying the merchant. Customers will then not receive their product. Where is this money going?!
If you are a customer or merchant affected consider reporting nCrowd for White Collar Crime to the FBI. This activity is on a very large scale and is criminal as defined by the FBI:
http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/white_collar
The CEO of TeamBuy, Ghassan Halazon, is now CO-CEO of nCrowd. Teambuy went bankrupt owing TENS of millions of dollars and was subsequently absorbed by nCrowd. He is clearly up to the same scam and needs to be stopped before more millions are stolen!

Mary, i am am merchant as well and have not been paid. Luckily one of my 'customers' works for a a lawyer group in the uk that handles these things and said that if enough vendors want to make a claim that they can handle all of it.
Individually its not worth it but together would make it a case.
Email me at burnworld@***.com and I'll share her contact info. Let others know to.
