i placed an order for a mystery gadget box for £15 ages ago,had an email saying what to do which was quote a ref number then they would email me to next step,email never recieved. emailed ncrowd,they emailed back saying they would be in touch within 72 hrs,that was on 11/02/16 and im still waiting for an email back.
i want a full refund or items i ordered! have emailed several times since with no response. dredfull company,theives!
