I bought a 32GB USB stick from nCrowd on 8th Sept and received an email from them on the 17th Sept to say that my product had been shipped. It is now the 15th Oct and I have still not received my product.

I emailed their customer service dept to complain and they replied to say that they can confirm that the item had been shipped and that was the end of it. They have not responded to any of my subsequent emails.

Something needs to be done about these people who just seem to rip people off. I want my money back.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
