Not resolved

It took me almost 6 months of back and forth emails with empty promises of follow ups and finger pointing, as their employees were a revolving door, to finally be issued a $300 credit for a Mexico vacation that they sold but was not honored by the vendor. Now, BoomStreet (aka nCrowd) says the prior company no longer exists and "any credits offered prior to our involvement were unable to be transferred to your new account." These are the same people and they have been scam artists since day one! STAY AWAY!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of being ripped off and length of time to reply to email. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "credit balance refused" of ncrowd account and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Ncrowd needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
