I bought a "deal" from nCrowd, I was supposed to receive a star projector within 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks later they say the item has shipped.

Come to find out it's shipping from China, and that by "shipped" they mean they've sent a note to the shipping company. Shipping company never received the item. I contacted nCrowd, they refused to refund the money. According to their representative, their policy is only to issue store credit if I refuse delivery of the item.

Of course, that means they'd actually have to send the product first.

At present, they've told me to go jump off a pier. Highly recommend not doing business with these people - it might seem like a cheap deal, but it's only a deal if you actually receive what you paid for.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $13.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
