I purchased a two vouchers for $249/each for a two night stay and 50% off airline deal from TIPPR/nCrowd. The offer stated you needed to book your hotel 30 days in advance and air 21 days in advance.

However, what they didn't tell you is: Once you book your hotel through one company, you have to wait to receive your hotel confirmation and instructions for validating your airline voucher. Once you get the information you have to call another company to book air and they won't book your air until you send in the $24.95 registration fee via money order or check. Once they get your money order or check, it takes two weeks to process - then you can book air. Well I made my hotel reservations 31 days in advance (hotels offered only one decent hotel by the way) and then after learning the requirements for booking air it was clear I couldn 't meet the 21 day in advance requirement because the math goes like this: 31 day advance for hotel minus three days it takes to send a check to the air travel agency minus two weeks it takes them to process the registration fee equals 31-17= 14 days advance.

In stating this to the agent his response was "oh well". I emailed (you can't call them) nCrowd for assistance and a customer service agent name Travis Pittman forwarded my email to a "Nancy" and asked her to assist me with the air. I hear nothing from Nancy. I email Travis again indicating I did not hear from Nancy and he then forwarded the email to another person requesting them to assist me.

Again I heard nothing. Continuous emails have been going back and forth between GoStays, nCrowd, Travis Pittman and I since October 31 and nothing has been done. In one email a Customer Service Executive for nCrowd named "Joe" piped in to Travis and Joe said he spoke with Nancy who indicated she communicated several times with me because I asked to cancel my reservation. That is just pure fiction.

I spoke to her once immediately following the hotel booking and I asked her how to book by flight. She told me I had to wait for the hotel confirmation and voucher. That was the only communication I had with her. To summarize: Voucher offer left off pertinent information which ultimately devalued the "deal".

So for $249 I received two nights stay at the Trump in Vegas but when I check in I have to pay another $25 resort fee. Can't use airfare offer as I couldn't possibly meet the 21 day advance requirement. I could go on line and get the Trump for $104/night + $25 per night resort fee for a total equaling a few bucks more than what the voucher cost me. I paid nCrowd money for nothing.

That's just one point I'm making - the most important point is they don't have customer service, you can't contact them, they lie about their support to the customer - they are crooks. I use Groupon and Living Social all the time and have never, never had issues with them.

nCrowd is a poor competitor in this market and I will yell from the roof tops - BUYER BEWARE if you are going to do business with this company.

Monetary Loss: $498.

This is the worst company ever! I can't believe they keep getting away with this.

They are so shady! There is no helpful customer service you can't even get a hold of them.

I got no confirmation number and no tracking number. I have been waiting for my product for 6wks now and I don't even know if I will ever get it or not!

Agreed. Very poor customer service. Emails to help@***.com end up in the black hole.

I filed a complaint thru BBB - since nCrowd proudly boasts being affiliated with them.

I hope something gets accomplished. They need to go out of business.

I couldnt agree more.I purchased a deal through them and have been able to get no further along then printing the deal. Travis a less than helpful human doesnt extend to me the courtesy of a reply.

This is a horrible company. The BBB is helping along with the FTC..

I dont think we are their only two complaints. :(
